The challenge

With today’s growing concern about what’s in their milk, Zhagam wanted to bring an impact as they were dedicated to producing dairy products without the use of pesticides, plastic, and artificial growth hormones. They wanted to show that quality and reliability was their forte to a wider audience and convert those leads to customers.

How we did it

We knew their brand had to convey their reputation for quality milk delivery in glass bottles and tell their unique story. Their rich heritage needs to be communicated in a way that would reinforce a perception of quality and service that positions them as a trusted milk delivery service in and around Chennai.

We worked with them closely helping them in branding over a large medium such as social media, print, and more. A campaign was built that helped increase their brand awareness and more deliverables included content, social media marketing, branding, and supporting print collaterals.

They saw a steady increase in traffic with many people signing up for milk delivery with the number of home delivery customers growing to 40%. Their success is our success.
